Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return your bottle of NMN within 100 days of your purchase date, provided you have proof of purchase. If more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will be assigned a return authorization number. This number must be included inside the return package. Returns received without prior authorization may not be processed.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For valuable items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
